The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 decks, heated ski storage, 1-car garage and a hot tub next to the ski hill. The top-floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft area with twin bed and computer desk. Both top-floor bedrooms have spectacular views, one bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen bed.

The main-floor is the primary gathering place with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, full bathroom, and stereo surround sound (with iPod cable). The main-floor bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk, twin bed, toddler bed, and TV/DVD. A large family room with 46” flat-screen TV, 4th bedroom with twin-over-twin bunk and full bathroom is located in the walk-out basement. The ski lift and hot tub is just outside the glass door.

If you want to play in the snow, look no further. With the ski run just outside the door, you can easily ski and snowboard right to the house. Explore the mountain! We provide sleds, snowshoes and child ski harnesses. After a long day outdoors, enjoy winter evenings playing board games and the piano by the fireplace.

Summer activities include world class golf at Headwaters Golf Course, trout fishing on the Frasier and Colorado Rivers, white-water rafting, hiking and mountain biking on Grand County trails. Lazy summer days can be spent at the unique shops and restaurants in Grand Lake and Winter Park, or just relax and watch the sun set over Lake Granby and the Never Summer range.
